1. Agreement & Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or interacting with the Tapsko mobile app, the interactive Voice Orb HUD, or any associated APIs, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Service & Voice Intelligence
Tapsko provides personal productivity assistance by parsing natural spoken language into organized action cards: Tasks, Exact Reminders, Phone Calls, Notes, and Ideas. All intent parsing is performed in real-time.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must not abuse voice transcription endpoints, inject malicious commands, attempt unauthorized access to backend services, or utilize Tapsko for illegal purposes.
4. Disclaimers & Limitations
While Tapsko utilizes cutting-edge Whisper speech models and adaptive silence detection, transcription accuracy may vary depending on ambient acoustics and microphone fidelity. Tapsko is provided “as is” without warranties of error-free operation under all hardware configurations.
